ASIAN WOMEN ONLY

Constant objectification and dehumanisation has created a dangerous environment for a lot of Asian Women and up to 61% of Asian women have been subject to physical and/or sexual violence because of this.

This is significantly higher than any other ethnic group. 

My name is Sabrina Hea and I am an illustrator and Communication Arts student.

I am also an Asian woman.

These pieces I have created aim to raise awareness about this growing issue of racism and sexism towards Asian Women. They also aim to help Asian women feel empowered. I have researched into the sexism and racism that Asian women face and have anonymously interviewed those who identify as Asian women.
